General

• the conditions mentioned apply to the workshops organised by Pascal Baetens and his team; for workshops organised by third parties, please contact the local organisation

Language

• the workshops organised by Pascal Baetens will be English spoken, unless all participants agree on another language. Upon request, we forsee the possibility for translation or assistance into Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish
• workshops organised by third parties may be spoken in the local language

Time schedule

• workshops start at 10, to end around 17 h, unless stated differently

Number of participants

• minimal 6, maximal 16 participants, unless stated differently
• if the maximum number of participants is reached, additional candidates will be put on a waiting list
• if the minimum number of participants is not reached, the workshop may be cancelled, in which case the total registration fee will be refunded without any further liability from the organisation

Locations

• Pascal Baetens is always looking for nice, suited, original locations, for each specific workshop
• a workshop location can change in function of opportunities and circumstances without any further liabilty from the organisation

Photographic requirements

• from advanced amateur to professional: the participants should have basic knowledge of the main functions of their camera
• Pascal Baetens' workshops are content, approach and vision based workshops; camera and post-production techniques are not the main subject

Models

• 'nude' photography workshops include approx. 1 model per 4 participants, model fees and models releases for artistic, non-commercial purposes
• models are chosen for their looks, motivation, their capacity to give feedback to the participants
• a code of conduct towards the models will have to be respected

Not included

• unless stated differently, insurance, transport, lodging, meals and drinks are not included

Cancellation

• Pascal Baetens reserves the right to cancel the workshop or to refuse participants (overbooking, etc.), in which case the total registration fee will be refunded without any further liability from the organisation.
• If a participant cancels his registration, and can not be replaced by someone of the waiting list: 
  • more than 8 weeks before the workshop, his fee will be fully refunded (minus € 10 administration cost)
  • less than 8 weeks before the workshop, 50 % of his fee will be refunded
  • less than 3 weeks before the workshop, his fee will not be refunded
  • Note: the length of these periods can vary for the international workshops, due to hotel bookings; see the specific conditions for each workshop
