Editorial photographer for lifestyle magazines since 1994 such as Elle, Men's Health, FHM. Author of photography books including 'The Fragile Touch', 'Allegro Sensibile' ('The Art of Nude Photography' USA-edition), 'Heavenly Girls' ('Heavenly Beauties' USA-edition) and 'A Pocketful of Nudes'.
Author of 'A Moment of Death', a photographic essay about sexual abuse. Issued a guide for photographers 'Nude Photography, the Art and the Craft', published in 10 languages, winner of the Orvieto Book Prize.
His work has also been featured in various books on modern photography and exhibited throughout Asia, Europe and North America. Pascal has interviewed photographers such as Avedon, Bitesnich, Dunas, Lindbergh, Maroon and Witkin and has curated various exhibitions. Pascal Baetens has an extensive program of lectures and workshops.
Awarded Master Qualified European Photographer (MQEP), the highest recognition by the Federation of European Professional Photographers (FEP).
