Conditions:
- Location: unless stated differently, all workshops take place at
Salve Mater, Groot Park, Lovenjoel, Belgium;
the location can change in function of opportunities
within a distance range of 100 km
- Language: all workshops in Belgium will be English spoken
with -on request- translation possibilities
into French, Dutch, German or Italian
workshops in France, Italy, Germany wil be spoken
in the local language, with translation into English
- Time schedule: most workshops are on a 2 day basis,
from 10 till 17 h, unless stated differently.
- Number of participants: min 8, max 16, unless stated differently.
- Models: 'nude' photography workshops include
approx. 1 model per 5 inscriptions,
model fees and models releases for artistic, non-commercial purposes
- Not included: unless stated differently, insurance, transport, lodging,
food and drinks are not included
- possibility of overnight staying at studio or hotel nearby
prices on request

- Pascal Baetens reserves the right to cancel
the workshop or to refuse participants (overbooking,...),
in which case the total registration fee will be refunded
without any further liability from the organisation
- if a participant cancels his registration
more than 8 weeks before the workshop, his fee will be fully refunded
(minus 10 administration cost)
less than 8 weeks before the workshop, 50 % of his fee will be refunded
less than 3 weeks before the workshop, his fee will not be refunded
